RV PARK REGULATIONS
The Gilroy Elks RV Parking is first come, first serve.
The Gilroy Elks Lodge welcomes you and we encourage you to join us at our events. Lodge Nights are Wednesdays and Rib Night is the 4th Friday of the Month.
(Bar opens at 5:00pm and Dinner at 7:00pm).
To maintain a friendly and attractive facility, we request your adherence to the following:
1. This RV Parking facility is for the use of Elks Members and Members in good standing ONLY.
2. Duration of stay is limited to 7 days. After an absence of 3 days, the member may register again.Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Any other arrangements must be addressed and approved by the LodgeSecretary (24 hours prior notice required).
3. ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY IN ADVANCE a fee of $35.00 per night.
ANY VEHICLE NOT REGISTERED WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE.
Registration tags must be displayed in vehicle - in view - at all times.
4. RVs are only permitted in spaces intended for RV use. Please make sure your RV is within your site.
NO DOUBLING UP IN RV SPACES. NO WASHING OF ANY VEHICLE ALLOWED.
5. RV & Vehicle Limit: limited to 1 (one) RV, 1 (one) car, 1 (one) single axle tow trailer.
Please do not park your auto/truck in empty RV spaces to ‘reserve’ a space for future use.
6. Gilroy Elks Lodge has NO SEWER HOOKUPS. The nearest Dump Site is The Garlic Farm RV Park. thegarlicfarm.com (408)842-6185. It has come to our attention that one of our RV-ers deliberately used a Gilroy Elks Lodge Trash Container as a Dump Station. This is not allowed.
7. DISPOSE OF GARBAGE ONLY PLEASE! No e-waste disposal allowed. Trash bins for recycle and trash are located up the hill at NE end of property.
8. Pets must be confined to RV and on a leash when outside. All pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
9. Guests using the RV Park stay at their own risk and hereby waive any claim against Gilroy Elks Lodge #1567.
10. Guests are responsible for the appearance of their assigned space. Clothes lines are not permitted nor lights strung in trees.
11. Fire Codes: No fires allowed (no fire pits or open fires). Barbeque is allowed only with equipment that is up to Fire Code Safety Standards.
12. Elks Lodge Patio is off limits - no barbeque-ing or loitering allowed.
13. Serious Drought! ABSOLUTELY NO RUNNING THE HOSE OR BEING WASTEFUL OF OUR WATER
Please observe these rules. Anyone not following these rules will be asked to leave and not return. The RV Park should be a pleasant and comfortable place to stay for all of our travelling Elks.
